Knitting pattern - Wings of Color Shawl No6 (ENG-NL)

This soft warm shawl is a pleasure to wear and lightweight. This kit contains MYPZ Sock Merino, hand-dyed in small batches in our studio.

This shawl is also available as a complete knitting kit.

Yarn & Colors
You knit mostly with 2 strands of MYPZ hand-dyed Sock merino + 1 strand MYPZ Kidmohair.

How much yarn do you need in total based on 1 color?
(based on sock/fingering-weight yarn + lace-weight yarn
• ± 1550 meters (1695 yards) Sock/fingering weight yarn (That’s ± 400 meter (438 yards) per color)
• ± 764 meter (835 yards) lace-weight yarn.

• 1 skein MYPZ hand-dyed Alpaca Silk Purple Pink
• 1 skein MYPZ hand-dyed Sock Merino Chalk black
• 1 skein MYPZ hand-dyed Sock Merino Flash
• 1 skein MYPZ hand-dyed Sock Merino Seabreeze
• 1 skein MYPZ Sock Merino Off White
• 2 balls MYPZ Diamonds White  (this yarn has small sequins, see close-up image)
• 1 ball MYPZ Kidmohair Mint
• 1 ball MYPZ Kidmohair Light Pink
• 1 ball MYPZ Kidmohair Black

Size: ± 62x150cm 

Needles:
• Circular knitting needles 6mm (UK 4 / US 10) with a length of minimal ± 100cm.
