Knit pattern – MYPZ Chunky Topdown Mohair Poncho Brownberry No.12 (ENG-DE-NL-ES-FR-IT-DA-SV-NO)

A colorful chunky mohair poncho, knit top-down in the round with a fair isle round yoke. Instead of sleeves, the poncho has armholes, so it drapes beautifully over your arms. Prefer side splits? A variation is included in the pattern.

We explain everything you need to know and tell you step by step what to do. The pattern is written for every size, with clear tables per round, 5 color charts and a schematic with all measurements. Level: medium/advanced.

This poncho is made of MYPZ Chunky Kidmohair DK, a high-quality fine brushed mohair that does not pill. Brushed yarns may shed a little at first, but this will subside after a while. Available in our webshop.

Length is measured from the bottom of the neckband. Width is measured with the poncho laid flat, from side to side at the hem. The hem circumference (twice the width) includes the arm sections.

Yarn and colors: You mainly knit with 2 strands of MYPZ Chunky Kidmohair DK held together. In some places you combine it with MYPZ Super Soft Merino or Durable Glam Orange Gold. The color scheme in the pattern shows exactly which yarns you use together.
